Shortbread cookies recipe

Ingredients
  

For about thirty cookies

  • 210 gr of flour
  • 80 gr of icing sugar
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 200 gr of soft butter
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • First of all, start by working the softened butter with a whisk or with a mixer (or the kneader like me)
  • then add the sifted icing sugar, vanilla sugar and salt
  • (do not hesitate to lift the mass with a spatula and restart the robot in order to incorporate the butter and sugars as well as possible)
  • then add the egg white and mix again and finish with the sifted flour
