Asian Wings

Ingredients
  

  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 4 teaspoons rice wine
  • ½ cup corn syrup 150g
  • cup sugar 67g
  • ¼ cup chili-garlic sauce 78g
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic. minced l use garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Dissolve cornstarch into vinegar and set aside, mix it in when cooking the sauce
  • Mix everything else in a pot
  • Cook it on med-high for 10-15 minutes, watch and don't burn it, can simmer after a few minutes of boiling.
