Ingredients
For about thirty cookies
- 210 gr of flour
- 80 gr of icing sugar
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 200 gr of soft butter
- 1 egg white
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
- First of all, start by working the softened butter with a whisk or with a mixer (or the kneader like me)
- then add the sifted icing sugar, vanilla sugar and salt
- (do not hesitate to lift the mass with a spatula and restart the robot in order to incorporate the butter and sugars as well as possible)
- then add the egg white and mix again and finish with the sifted flour
