Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 4 teaspoons rice wine
- ½ cup corn syrup 150g
- ⅓ cup sugar 67g
- ¼ cup chili-garlic sauce 78g
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon garlic. minced l use garlic powder
Instructions
- Dissolve cornstarch into vinegar and set aside, mix it in when cooking the sauce
- Mix everything else in a pot
- Cook it on med-high for 10-15 minutes, watch and don’t burn it, can simmer after a few minutes of boiling.
